Demand Generation Marketing Manager - Dec 2020 - present
Reimagined Splash’s demand gen and capture strategy, which led to a successful new process that integrates excellent marketing content with targeted digital ads and employee engagement.
Led Splash’s recent focus on organic search optimization, leading to high-intent traffic to our website and more qualified opportunities.
Pioneered and launched Splash’s podcast, Checked In with Splash, and led a new annual Splash campaign, including a national holiday, “Field Marketer’s Day.” This campaign included a wide variety of original content for demand generation, resulting in a record-breaking few weeks for marketing-generated MQLs.
Organized the creation of dozens of new conversion-optimized landing pages. Crafted messaging for videos, events, advertising copy, case studies, podcast episodes, and more.

Lead Generation Manager - May 2020 - Dec 2020
Improved quality and quantity of leads using an array of marketing initiatives.
After taking over PrinterLogic’s Google Ad strategy, I worked with our creative design team to launch effective campaigns that generated a 14x increase in leads through that channel.
The company had abandoned Facebook Ads as a lead generation channel, but after I revived the effort, PrinterLogic saw a 40% lead to demo conversion rate from Facebook-sourced leads.
Managed every aspect of PrinterLogic’s paid and organic online strategy: creation and quality control of landing pages, building messaging and storytelling for new features, organizing assets for online advertising, tracking and reporting the effectiveness of our efforts.

Created and implemented PrinterLogic’s paid online UTM tracking strategy to ensure we could assess the effectiveness of certain ad campaigns on a granular level through our business intelligence tool.

Planned & managed a skincare brand’s Black Friday campaign, with a ROAS of 20.54. This project resulted in a 100% increase in actual Black Friday sales compared to the previous year and overall increase of 50% for the duration of the event.
